Stacy Overby brings a unique combination of legal and business expertise that our clients greatly value.

 

Stacy is Of Counsel at AllRise. She focuses her practice on corporate transactions, including software licenses and corporate agreements. She is experienced in international corporate transactions, general corporate matters, securities law and corporate governance matters.

 

Stacy has worked as in-house counsel and outside legal counsel and has represented global Fortune 100 and 250 corporations, privately held companies and start-up companies.

 

Stacy’s approach to representing clients is to provide efficient legal services while helping them achieve their business goals in a way that minimizes risk. She is committed to serving the community and is a member of the Ravinia Festival Associates Board and of the Midwest Young Artist Conservatory Board.

 

Stacy received her BBA in Accounting from Emory University and her law degree from the University of Pennsylvania. She loves traveling and spending time at the lakeshore.
